There are 2 entrances to Colnefields and you can use either as the road goes around in a horseshoe shape.  Turn down Colnefields and follow the road around the corner to the houses. One side of the road has mainly bungalows and the other mainly houses.  We are on the houses side of the road at number 30.  The house has a large metal gate and is a rendered beige coloured house.  There is a number 30 and a sign saying Sandpiper on the wall by the front door.  Please park on the driveway out the front of the house and we will come out to greet you and take you down to the spa. 

Please be mindful of the 10 mph speed limit and speed bumps down Colnefields.
